PHASE 1: Preparation

Prepare the necessary tools in advance.

  • You need: a pen, a pair of scissors, paper tape, a ruler, and a piece of paper.
  • Cut a thin strip of paper: you will need it to measure your wrist.

PHASE 2: Wrap the Paper

  • Attach a piece of adhesive tape to one end of the strip of paper and to your wrist, and wrap the strip of paper just below the bony protrusion of the wrist, where you usually wear bracelets.
  • Draw a mark with the pen on the paper, at the point where you want the end of the bracelet to be.

PHASE 3: Measure

Measure the length of the strip of paper with the ruler and you will have the measurement of your wrist. All My Mō bracelets are designed for any type of wrist.

STAGE 4: Size selection

Based on the measurement obtained, we recommend selecting the bracelet size that best suits your needs. Here are the recommendations based on wrist circumference:

  • If the wrist circumference is between 15 and 16 centimeters, we recommend choosing a size of 16 centimeters.
  • If the wrist measurement falls within the range of 17 to 18 centimeters, the recommended size is 18 centimeters.
  • For wrists with a circumference between 19 and 20 centimeters, we suggest choosing a bracelet in the size of 20 centimeters.
