    • Italy (Headquarters): For deliveries in Italy, the delivery time is 24/48 hours, except for some remote, difficult locations or minor islands, where delivery is expected in 72 hours.

      Alternatively to home delivery, you can choose delivery to one of our postal locations selectable from the list provided during checkout.

    • Standard Deliveries in Europe: Standard delivery times in Europe range from 3 to 5 working days, depending on the destination country.
  3. Order Preparation Times:

    • Ready to Ship Products: In some cases, we need up to 7 working days to prepare the package, even for ready to ship products.
    • Customized Products: Customized items have preparation times that vary from 1 to 12 working days, depending on the specific requests. The preparation times are indicated in the product description. Please check the specific preparation times for each item before placing the order.
  4. Used Couriers:

    • We use various international couriers such as GLS and SDA to ensure fast and secure deliveries throughout Europe.
  5. Stock and Return:

    • Delivery Attempts: Couriers generally make two delivery attempts. In case of failed delivery, the package will be held at the local courier's office. The storage fee is €8.50, automatically charged to the customer. Without payment of the redelivery fee, the customer may independently collect the package at the destination office. It will no longer be delivered to the address.
  6. Delivery Security:

    • IdentPINService: For greater security, we offer the IdentPINService, which allows the designated recipient to receive the shipment only through a PIN code provided by the sender.
  7. Package Insurance:

    • Insurance Option: You can request insurance for the package at a cost of €1.99. This covers damages and losses during transport. Insurance is optional and must be selected during the purchase process.
  8. Repair Times:

    • Repair Time: Repairs require an estimated processing and repair time of 10-12 working days, due to the high demand for repairs. It is the customer's responsibility to take note of this information before sending the repair to our laboratories.
    • Free Repair: The repair is always free, and we are committed to restoring your jewelry to its original splendor.
  9. Shipping Costs for Repair:

    • Pickup and Shipping Service: We offer a pickup and shipping service via the GLS courier at a fixed cost of €20, to be paid before pickup.
    • Autonomous Shipping: If you prefer to manage the shipping independently, you can use your trusted courier. Shipping costs are your responsibility.
  10. Product Exchange Service:

    • Cost of Service: The product exchange service has a cost of €12.00.
    • Additional Charges: Any charges incurred by the customer for product difference and removal of discount applied to the original order.
    • Right of Exchange: It is possible to exchange a product by adhering to the following conditions:
      • The exchange must be requested within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the product.
      • The products must not have been used or modified.
      • The product boxes must be in perfect condition, without signs of wear, abrasions, or scratches.
      • The product must be accompanied by the attached warranty.
    • Exchange Procedure: To request an exchange, the customer must send a statement to the email address: cambi@mymo.it within 14 days of receiving the product. The exchange can only be made after our approval. My Mō will confirm the receipt and approval of the exchange via email.

    • It is firmly stated that My Mō does not offer the possibility of cash on delivery in any way. All orders must be paid for immediately at the time of purchase. No cash on delivery payments are accepted under any circumstances. Prepayment is mandatory for all purchases.

    If you do not have a Credit Card, you can choose to pay via Bank Transfer. The necessary details to make the transfer will be provided to you at the time of order confirmation.

    • Important Note: The bank transfer must be made at the same time as the order. To ensure the validity of the order and prevent delays, it is essential to send a copy of the transfer (receipt or bank statement) to our customer service immediately after making the payment. Without this tangible proof, the order will not be processed.

      • Deadline: If payment is not received by the next business day after the order, it will be automatically canceled. Furthermore, in the event of non-payment, the user will not be able to place further orders with payment via bank transfer and must use other available payment methods.

    Cash Payment

    If you do not have a credit card and prefer to pay in cash, you can make a transfer at any Lottomatica point (tobacconist) or post office. This option allows you to pay in cash directly at one of the indicated locations.

    • How to Proceed: Go to a Lottomatica point or a post office and provide the bank transfer details that you will receive at the time of order confirmation. Make sure to have the ORDER NUMBER with you to facilitate the process.

    Pay in 3 installments or after 30 days with Klarna

    Split the cost of your purchase into 3 equal installments with Klarna. The payment for each installment will be automatically deducted from the credit or debit card used at the time of payment.

    • Payment Terms: The first installment will be charged at the time of order confirmation, while the subsequent installments will be charged 30 and 60 days later, respectively.
